This has now ended.<\/h4>\n<blockquote>\n<h4>A new special Regional Secondary Locator (RSL) \u2014<em>Q\u00a0<\/em>\u2014 is now available for radio amateurs to use if they wish as a mark of respect for the Queen during the official period of national mourning.
