<\/iframe><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>The 95th AGM was streamed live via the RSGB website and our other online platforms on Saturday, 23 April 2022 between 12.00 and 15.00.<\/h4>\n<h3>Annual General Meeting 2022 \u2013 Calling Notice<\/h3>\n<p>Notice is hereby given that the 95th Annual General Meeting of the Radio Society of Great Britain will be held on Saturday, 23 April 2022 online via the RSGB website at <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/agm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>rsgb.org\/agm<\/strong><\/a> commencing at 12 noon for the transaction of the undermentioned business:<br \/>\n<a name=\"res\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>1. Resolution 1<\/h3>\n<p>To receive and, if approved, confirm the Minutes of the 94th Annual General Meeting held online on 24 April 2021 and circulated to Members in the April 2022 <em>RadCom<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Accounts<\/h3>\n<p>To receive and consider the accounts for the period 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 and the reports of the Board and the Auditor available online from 23 March 2022.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21653 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/main\/files\/2019\/01\/key-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"17\" height=\"17\" border=\"0\" \/> <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.services\/public\/publications\/accounts\/2021\/rsgb_report_and_financial_statement_2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RSGB Report and Financial Statements<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong>For the year ended 31 December 2021 (29-page\/413KB PDF)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Resolution 2<\/h3>\n<p>To appoint Peters, Elworthy and Moore as auditors and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Resolution 3<\/h3>\n<p>To endorse two Nominated Directors \u2013 the candidates are Jonathan Groves, M0VRI and Richard Horton, G4AOJ as Directors of the RSGB to serve on the Board.<\/p>\n<p>The RSGB Annual Report and Financial Statements will be available on the RSGB website at <a href=\"https:\/\/rsgb.org\/agm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>rsgb.org\/agm<\/strong><\/a> from 23 March 2022. As usual, the accounts will be audited and will be filed on public record at Companies House.
