As part of the \u2018Get on the air to care\u2019<\/strong><\/a> campaign that the Society has been running with the NHS since April, we\u2019re launching a new focus for Christmas.<\/p>\n Called \u2018Get on the air for Christmas<\/strong>\u2019 and shared on social media with the hashtag #GOTA4C,<\/strong> it will bring together a few activities that radio amateurs can participate in over the holiday period.\u00a0It will run from Saturday 19 December to Saturday 9 January.<\/p>\n We know that Christmas can be difficult for many at the best of times, but with the extra restrictions due to COVID-19 we want to make sure that every radio amateur feels part of a caring amateur radio community.<\/p>\n We\u2019re kicking off the campaign by asking clubs that are planning special nets for Christmas Day and Boxing Day, or indeed any time over the holiday season, to send details to radcom@rsgb.org.uk<\/strong> so we can publish them in the next RadCom <\/em>issue, in the GB2RS news scripts and on our RSGB website.<\/p>\n Our other confirmed activities are listed below.
