The UK activated 31 special call signs with 11 for the cricket grounds in England and Wales and ten for the tournament teams. There were also call signs for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. All UK call signs started with the prefix GB19.<br \/>\n\u2022 The marathon encouraged HF operation with an opportunity for all those who operated the special stations to enjoy being a sought after call sign.<br \/>\n\u2022 Certificates were awarded based on the number of QSOs achieved with the special stations as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bronze &#8211; 50 QSOs<\/li>\n<li>Silver \u2013 125 QSOs<\/li>\n<li>Gold \u2013 250 QSOs<\/li>\n<li>Platinum \u2013 500 QSOs<\/li>\n<li>Worked all Cricket Grounds \u2013 at least one QSO with each of the eleven GB19 cricket ground call signs.<\/li>\n<li>Worked all Teams \u2013 at least one QSO with each of the ten GB19 team call signs.<\/li>\n<li>SSB Half-Century \u2013 50 QSOs on SSB; SSB Century \u2013 100 QSOs on SSB; SSB Double Century &#8211; 200 QSOs on SSB.<\/li>\n<li>Datamodes Half-Century \u2013 50 QSOs on digital modes; Datamodes Century \u2013 100 QSOs on digital modes; Datamodes Double Century &#8211; 200 QSOs on digital modes.<\/li>\n<li>CW Half-Century \u2013 50 QSOs on CW; CW Century \u2013 100 QSOs on CW; CW Double Century &#8211; 200 QSOs on CW.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All QSOs were uploaded to LoTW at the end of the marathon. There were no Paper QSL cards or eQSL cards for the special call signs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The &#8220;Hamlogs&#8221; system was used to store the logs from all the special call signs allowing progress towards the awards to be tracked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What were the special UK callsigns?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each call sign had a <a href=\"https:\/\/QRZ.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
