Hospital Radio to interview NRC Coordinator
Listen out for RSGB National Radio Centre (NRC) coordinator Martyn Baker, G0GMB on Milton Keynes Hospital Radio on Monday, 18 May 2026.
Martyn met presenter Sophie at the Hospital Broadcasting Association’s annual conference in March 2026, when NRC volunteers spoke with attendees about amateur radio.
During the interview, you’ll hear Martyn talking about a range of topics, including why amateur radio can be an exciting and rewarding hobby, his work at the National Radio Centre, and the role of the RSGB.
He will also discuss how amateur radio can contribute to mental well-being and prevent social isolation.
