Second Herrington Scouts are on the air for Jamboree on the Air today, the 19th, with GB2SHG. They will be on all HF bands as well as 2m and 70cm and PSK31 from their Scout headquarters, Crow Lane, Herrington, Sunderland, SR33TE. On 19 October, GB1GLO will be in operation over the JOTA weekend for Gloucester District Scouts to be on the air, run by members of Gloucestershire RAYNET from the Murray Hall, Tuffley Lane, Gloucester.

Scouts in the Forest of Dean will be using GB1ALS and GB0FOD, operating from Lydney on 19 October.

GB0GMT will be on the air on the 25 and 26 October to commemorate the start of GMT. Transmitting from Mount St Bernard Abbey, Coalville, Leicestershire the station will be mainly operating on 40m SSB, around 71.760MHz, and 20m.
