The Central Scotland Mini Ham Radio Convention takes place Sunday, 7 June, at the Crofthead Farm Community Education Centre, Templar Rise, Livingston EH54 6DG. Doors open at 10am, with disabled visitors gaining access 10 minutes earlier. There will be trade stands, lectures and an RSGB bookstall. Contact John, MM0JRR on 01506 437 908 for further details.

The Spalding and DARS Annual Rally will be held Sunday, 7 June, at the Sir John Gleed Technology School, Halmer Gardens, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 2EF. Sunday, 7 June the British Vintage Wireless Society Swapmeet will take place at the Cinema Museum, The Masters House, 2 Dugard Way, Kennington, London SE11 4TH. Doors open at 10am to 4pm and admission is £5. The nearest tube station is Elephant and Castle. Details are at www.bvws.org.uk.

Next weekend, on 14 June, the Junction 28 QRP Rally will be held at the Alfreton Leisure Centre, Church Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7BD. The venue is 10 minutes from M1 junction 28 and the A38. On the 14th of June the East Suffolk Wireless Rally will be held at the Orwell Crossing Lorry Park, A14 Eastbound, Nacton, Ipswich, IP10 0DD. There will be a car boot sale, bring-and-buy as well as special interest groups and an RSGB bookstall. Doors open at 9.30am and admission is £2. Details from Kevin, G8MXV on 07710 046846.
