Special Contest Call NoV updates
In consultation with Ofcom, the RSGB has reviewed the Special Contest Calls (SCC) Notice of Variation (NoV). We are pleased to announce the following updates:
• We have extended the validity of SCC NoV granted since 1 January 2019 from three to five years
• Contest entries up to five years old may now be used in an application for an SCC NoV
• The list of qualification contests has been expanded to include the Commonwealth Contest, the RSGB DX Contest and the 1st and 2nd RSGB 1.8MHz Contests.
