RESOLVED – RSGB website issue

UPDATE 14.40 04/10/2018
We have been informed by the service provider that the connectivity issues effecting a key RSGB web server have now been resolved, and all systems should now be functioning normally.

Please let us know if you encounter any new issues by raising a support ticket at RSGB Web and IT Helpdesk.

We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused today.

UPDATE 13.45 04/10/2018
Our service provider has let us know the issue is caused by a fault in their networking services and their team is currently working on the issue.

We’ll let you know as soon as we hear more.

We have been informed by a third-party service provider that they are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.

This is effecting the server that hosts RSGB Membership Services, and a number of our other online services, such as Club Finder, UK Events and NoV applications.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this is causing, and will keep you posted as soon as we hear from the service provider.
