Listen on 17.2kHz for SAQ
The annual transmission on Alexanderson Day with the Alexanderson alternator on VLF 17.2kHz with the call sign SAQ will take place Sunday, 3 July at 0900UTC.
Tuning up will start after 0830UTC.
The process will be repeated at 1200UTC, with tuning up starting after 1130UTC.
An amateur radio station with the call sign SK6SAQ will be active on 7.035MHz, 14.035MHz or 21.035MHz CW or 3.755MHz SSB.
Two stations will be on the air most of the time.
