UK returns to GMT

| October 23, 2015

Did you remember to change your clock last night? In the UK, the clocks reverted to Greenwich Mean Time, or UTC, at 2am this morning. The Youth Hostels Amateur Radio Group is commemorating the start of Greenwich Mean Time today, the 25th, from Mount St Bernard Abbey in Charnwood Forest, with the callsign GB0GMT. The planned operating frequency is around 7.175MHz, with some activity on 2m and 20m as conditions permit. Details are at www.yharg.org.uk
