BATC digital ATV special edition

| May 8, 2015

The British Amateur Television Club has just published a special edition of CQ-TV devoted to reduced bandwidth digital amateur television.

A lot has been happening, particularly on the new 1MHz allocations at 70 and 146MHz.

The CQ-TV RB-TV Special contains a round-up of recent on-air tests, a new award and exciting details of DigiThin, a new homebrew digital ATV transmitter based on a Raspberry Pi.

It provides remarkable image quality in a very narrow bandwidth.

Full details, including a free download of the CQ-TV RB-TV Special, are at www.batc.org.uk/cq-tv.
