We start with news from clubs that have several events this week.

Burton Amateur Radio Club has an open net this Sunday and next Sunday from 10am on 145.575MHz. On Wednesday there’s a club night and Thursday sees an open net on 145.575MHz from 8pm. Contact Rob McCracken, G6EIH, on 0781 214 6333.

Lincoln Short Wave Club has GB2CWP on the air this Sunday from 10am in NAAFI for the East Kirkby Squadron Reunion. On Wednesday there’s a natter and nibbles night and on Thursday it’s the repeater net via GB3LM from 8pm. Loughborough and District Amateur Radio Club is visiting the Hermitage Model Railway in Whitwick on Tuesday. Next Saturday sees a club barbecue celebrating the 60th anniversary at the home of Phil, G4DCI. More information from Chris, G1ETZ, on 01509 504 319.
