We start with news from clubs that have several events this week. Sutton Coldfield Amateur Radio Society has its 6m open net on 50.135MHz from 8.30pm tonight and next Sunday. Monday sees an open net on ±145.250MHz from 7.30pm. Contact Robert Bird, by email to spirit.guide@hotmail.co.uk.

Wythall Radio Club is at the Wythall Carnival from 9am today, plus there’s the club net at 8pm tonight and next Sunday on 145.225MHz or GB3WL. The regular Morse class is on Tuesday from 7.45 and the nibbles night in the shack is from 7.30pm on Friday. Contact Chris, G0EYO, on 07710 412 819.
