We start with news from clubs that have several events this week. Loughborough and District Amateur Radio Club is taking part in Mills on the Air today from Shepshed Watermill. On Tuesday there’s a screening of The TX Factor. More information from Chris, G1ETZ, on 01509 504 319.

Sutton Coldfield Amateur Radio Society has GB4NHM on the air today for Mills on the Air from New Hall Mill, Sutton Coldfield. Its 6m open net is on 50.135MHz from 8.30pm tonight and next Sunday. Wythall Radio Club has a club net on 145.225MHz or GB3WL at 8pm tonight and next Sunday. The Tuesday Morse class is at 7.45pm, followed by a committee meeting. Wednesday sees the RSGB 80m Club Championship DATA contest from 8pm and the regular nibbles night is in the shack from 7.30pm on Friday. Gloucester Amateur Radio and Electronics Society is having a talk Monday on all you ever want to know about QSL cards but were afraid to ask by Brian, G4CIB.
