Stirling and District Amateur Radio Society is open today and next Sunday from 10.30am till 2pm for construction, training, projects and operating. Thursday sees operating, training and presentations from 7 until 9pm. Contact Myles Williamson, MM0MYL, on 07890 477 516.

West of Scotland Amateur Radio Society is having a construction evening on Wednesday. On Friday Terry, GM3WUX will give a talk on operating the Elecraft KX3 as a blind person. He’ll demonstrate the accessibility features of the rig itself together with other aids that, in his opinion, make this the most accessible rig he’s found to date. The club meets in the CCA’s Electron Club on Sauchiehall street every Wednesday night from around 6.30pm. For more information email info@wosars.org.uk.
