G100RSGB Video from Region 13

This six minute video shows how six of us put on G100RSGB from the contest QTH of Nick, G4FAL in Theddlethorpe, Lincs on 1 October 2013.

In the 24 hours we were active, we made 3,393 QSOs across nine bands and with over 100 DXCC countries.

We think this may be a G100RSGB record for a single day of operating.

In addition, at UK sunrise, our station (operated by Chris G3JJ) made an historic first 80m CW contact with ZM90DX to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the first UK to NZ amateur radio contact by G2NZ and Z4AA in 1924.

All of this and the 24 hour operations are covered in this video.

The six operators were Nick, G4FAL, Vic G4BYG, Chris G3SJJ, George G4EBK, Andy M0GAV and myself Peter, G3PHO.
